Asparagus in autumn at This and This!
Our Asparagus dishes are prepared with fresh white Asparagus imported from Peru.
We were able to secure Asparagus from Peru's spring harvest and add it to our menu offered from today as long as stock lasts!
We would also like to give advance notice of our upcoming autumn specials. Starting from beginning of October we will offer selected dishes with game meat prepared following Swiss recipes and delicacies from Graubünden (Grisons). Stay tuned as we will soon publish details of our menu.

Come to celebrate Switzerland's birthday with us. Enjoy BBQ grilled Olma Bratwurst and Cervelat, a Swiss Salad, Rösti with cheese and egg, Swiss Mac 'n' Cheese, Spring chicken, Zürich "Geschnetzeltes", Beef "Stroganoff", one of our 9 variants of Cordon Bleu, a Raclette or our Swiss Cheese Fondue. Other dishes from our à-la-carte menu are available too.

Celebrate with us in This and This our first year anniversary Sunday, 30th June 2024. We will introduce some new food choices and lots of new wines on our menu and let you taste all of this. Further details will be posted here in a few days, in the meantime please save the date!
